Welcome to my Wacky World

                         Let me just say that in my opinion and I must admit the opinion of most of my friends and in particular my wife Jenny , I am terminally and hopelessly deranged. Having been a lifelong wargamer but without the time to pursue the hobby in all the hours available, I finally found a job in 1984 that allowed me to live in paradise on Spain's Costa Brava, which if you manage to escape the tourist trade, is one of the wildest and most beautiful regions I have ever seen. My good fortune continued in 1994 when I found a job just short of heaven that allowed me to work only in the summer season..  This does of course mean that for 6 glorious months of the year, I can devote my energies to the greatest hobby ever invented.

          WAR GAMING (OTHERWISE KNOWN AS JENNY'S BANE)

                         Now I will at a push play anything. heheheheh However I do have particular favorites in the shape of Ancient gaming using DBM (an interest revived by the discovery of cyberboard). Renaissance in the form of DBR and as a complete change futuristic games involving huge space navies and ground forces in a struggle that mankind can not even imagine.  For this I use BFG for the space battles, Overlord for planetary strategy and Dirtside II for the final struggle.
